pineapple (1/2 of a fresh pineapple)
(or you can used canned, Dole pineapple is good)

Ice Cream Base

milk

heavy whipping cream

Pineapple
Place pineapple, sugar, and the lime (if you’re using it) in a food processor or blender and blend until competely smooth.
Place pineapple mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Leaving the fresh pineapple, in the fridge longer will enhance the flavor
, so I kept mine in the fridge overnight.
Ice Cream Base
Whisk milk and sugar together until sugar dissolves.
Add whipping cream and combine well.
Stir in chilled pineapple mixture.
Pour into your ice cream maker.
Churn about 25-30 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Enjoy this delicious frozen pineapple dessert!
