Yum! Banana, cinnamon, oatmeal cookies, and even a little caramel sauce if you’d like…what a delicious combination for an ice cream cake! It’s fast and easy to make. This ice cream cake is unique with it’s chunks of add-ins. It’s one you’ll be sure to enjoy.
Ingredients
Crust Ingredients:
2 cups graham crackers, crushed
1/4 lb melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
Ice Cream Cake Ingredients:
4-5 Bananas, diced or just sliced if you want bigger chunks
1 party pack Chips Delight Oatmeal cookies or any oatmeal cookie will do (slightly crushed)
1.5 L Vanilla Ice cream (softened)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
Caramel sauce (optional)
Directions
How to Make Crust:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Transfer into a round stainless pan (like a pie pan).
How to Make Ice Cream Cake:
Put the ice cream into a bowl and combine with cinnamon powder, bananas and oatmeal cookies.
If you want a little swirl, you can put caramel sauce and mix it gently, not thoroughly, so as to make a marble effect.
Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate it overnight.
Dig in and enjoy!
